A sculptural one-of-a-kind ring formed from individual drops of tin. The drops of molten metal merge into an irregular organic shape, creating a highly textured surface that preserves the traces of the melting process.
To strengthen the structure, a layer of copper is electroformed over the tin. The piece is then electroplated with palladium and silver and finished with a final rhodium coating.
Irregularities, molten formations and variations in texture are an intentional part of the design, making each piece unique.
